It’s summer break! We talk about our plans for the break, and talk about how managers that continue to work so much are actually displaying insecurity. Our thoughts about employee engagement turn the term around to offer a new perspective, and we play a game!! One last “Name That Bias” game for the year sends us off with laughter.
